i have been leveling off in bodyweight at around 160-161 pounds. i dont think that this is due to anything other than that i have been eating only enough too sustain body weight without adding much. i plan on increasing my caloric intake agin to try to get ass much out of this program as possible. before this past weekend, i was eating around 4500 to 5000 calories per day, and for the last 5 days i have probably been eating around 3000 per day.
this week has been dedicated to testing for my one rep maxes so that i can set up the program for the strength cycle of mass gain.
so far:
back squat: 240
standing press: 130 (up from 120 before i started the massgain)
jerk: 170
clean :165 (up from 135 before i started mass gain)
seems like not only am i getting bigger but WAY stronger!!!
