After 2 misses, i hit 145 for a snatch today, only ten pounds under body weight! i would like to have a body weight snatch before i leave for italy for a month, but we shall see.&lt;br /&gt;also, i gain, and i have trimmed off a little of the excess weight from the mass gain program.&lt;br /&gt;i have gotten stronger, and my metobolic conditioning has gone up with the introduction of more crossfit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;these days i am weighing in between 157 and 160.&lt;br /&gt;my body composition has become leaner, and i have recently started the zone diet, taking 18 blocks per day with 3 times the prescribed fat intake.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;ill try to start posting more often again.&lt;br /&gt;let yall know what is going on.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;right now i am doing the olympic lifts 2 days per week, a linear progression program on the benchpress, crossfit 3 days per week, and martial arts 2 days per week.&lt;br /&gt;i am feeling great!&lt;div                         front squat&lt;br /&gt;snatch: 110 (5 lb increase)&lt;br /&gt;c &amp;amp; j: 170 (previously untested)&lt;br /&gt;front squat: 215 (35 lb increase)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;feel like this is pretty good considering i was still fried from  the week's workouts.&lt;br /&gt;im loving my strength and bodyweight increases.&lt;br /&gt;the downside: i am in dire need of some new only enough too sustain body weight without adding much. i plan on increasing my caloric intake agin to try to get ass much out of this program as possible. before this past weekend, i was eating around 4500 to 5000 calories per day, and for the last 5 days i have probably been eating around 3000 per day.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;this week has been dedicated to testing for my one rep maxes so that i can set up the program for the strength cycle of mass gain.&lt;br /&gt;so far:&lt;br /&gt;back squat: 240&lt;br /&gt;standing press: 130 (up from 120 before i started the massgain)&lt;br family and as a result was restricted from some of my caloric sources. i lifted on monday, same routine as last week, and the weight actually felt a little easier, which was encouraging. i also did the same routune again today as last wednesday, at higher weight, and it felt pretty good as well. my body weight is hovering around the 156-158 range. i am also going to begin weighing myself in the I will be doing some major grocery shopping for those high calorie, high fat, high protein foods, and will do my fist lifting circuit. By the end of this program 7 weeks from now, I am hoping for a solid 10 pound body weight increase.&lt;br /&gt;Tomorrow I will "weigh in" for my first official body weight.
